The Brief

To supply and install new floor finishes at One Crown Place, Shoreditch.

With the client occupying two floors within the building, we supplied and installed approximately 1,200m2 of timber effect luxury vinyl tile to the canteen areas. Different colour ranges, installed at different angles, helped to break up the areas and draw visitors into the space.

Over 2,000m2 of carpet tiles were installed to all of the office areas and meeting rooms. The softer floor finish help with acoustics and created a professional and sophisticated feel for the client.

Works were completed in just over four weeks, which meant that project planning was critical in meeting programme. With multiple trades working on site, coordination of our works was critical to the success of the project.
