Supply and installation of new office flooring to a leading international management consulting firm’s new London space.
This new office space for American management consulting firm, Oliver Wyman, featured engineered Oak chevron flooring throughout. The fumed Oak floor by Havwoods, provided a luxurious, classic feel while offering a durable and easy to clean floor surface. Bespoke black trims from leading manufacturer C.A.T. Accessories, separated the timber from other floor finishes, providing a flush, seamless transition.
Informal meeting spaces and staff breakout areas featured a woven vinyl floor covering by Bolon. Woven vinyl offers a variety of aesthetic advantages, as well as being very durable and easy to clean – perfect for high traffic areas.
The main open plan office featured a mixture of carpet tiles, perfect for providing a softer floor covering and reducing noise through foot traffic. Carpet tiles from three manufacturers were supplied and installed by the Loughton Contracts team including Shaw Contract, Modulyss and Balsan. Carpet was also installed to inset areas within the timber flooring, along with woven vinyl from Belgium manufacturer 2Tec2.
