The Brief
Design & Build specialists Thirdway, designed a stylish and contemporary new office space for British Land. Our team supplied and installed the floor finishes throughout this workspace in Paddington, London.
With sustainability at the forefront of this British Land project, adhesive-free IOBAC Mag Tabs® were specified for the installation of the LVT and carpet tiles over the existing metal raised access floor.
Magnetic on one side and dry-tack on the other, award-winning Mag Tabs® hold floor finishes securely in place without the need for expensive and messy adhesive.
An LVT tile from Tarkett was installed through out the office space to create designated walkways. The LVT not only gave an easy to clean surface but also a durable surface, perfect for high traffic areas.
The client, British Land, chose aluminium trims by C.A.T. Accessories that seamlessly transitioned the LVT to a Milliken carpet tile in the open plan workspace. The use of Mag Tabs® meant a quick and easy installation.
